Design Summary:
The brief for this residential extension was an open plan interior layout with crittal style window arrangement which provide natural daylight into the depth of the plan form.
Re-using the existing footings of a dilapidated extension and matching brickwork to the existing stock allows the extension to fit well with the host building.
Further planning permission has been granted for a side 2 storey extension and loft conversion.
