The site lies in the Green Belt, outside the defined settlement boundary of Culverstone Green, where strict policies of restraint apply in relation to new buildings.
This new build house was designed in a way to provide first floor accommodation without increasing the bulk of the built form.
The development was realised on site in 2024 after detailed Planning Submissions and Appeal Decision to gain planning approval.
