Located in an affluent area of London, this project comprised of an interior reconfiguration of a Grade II listed building along with a new basement garden to the rear of the property.
Coordination of a team of International contractors on site through to completion and securing the various planning and local approvals required for construction in the area.
This role included Architectural services and on-site Project Management and Contract Administration for the build.
