Design Summary:
This scheme retained the external fabric of the main walls of a 1930’s cinema building in Sevenoaks, where a new façade is created on the street frontage and 7 apartments are inserted into the plan form, including the provision of a contemporary glazed penthouse.
Designed for a local private developer, care has been taken with the detailing and material selection to ensure a quality scheme is created.
This scheme was coordinated on site, whilst acting as a consultant for OPEN architecture
