This scheme consisted of a conversion of the upper floor’s office space into residential apartments, located in a fantastic area of Tunbridge Wells.
Subsequent approval for conversion of the basement into an additional residential apartment, and retention of the ground floor commercial space allowed for mixed-use development potential.
